What is your shipping policy?

Most products are delivered from stock, some special requests might be made to order. Please find the expected shipping times below. If they deviate from the suggested, we will notify you through email. For any questions regarding shipping, please email shipping@ellamaidenaustralia.com .

DOMESTIC (Australia)

All orders within Australia are shipped free of charge.

Stock: 5-7 working days
Made to order: 2-3 weeks

INTERNATIONAL

Orders that are shipped internationally are charged a flat shipping rate of $19.95 for all products except floor rugs. Floor rugs shipping cost is calculated based on weight.

Stock: 1-2 weeks
Made to order: 2-4 weeks

Are your sources cruelty free?

Every product we offer has been produced from a sourced by-product of the farming and meat industry. We are 100% committed to the production of home furnishings and leather ware that are both sustainable and environmentally friendly.

How do I order wholesale?

Can I pick up my order?

Yes, you can pick up your order at Dirty Janes in Bowral. Simply select “Pick Up” in the shipment options. We will notify you through email as soon as your order is ready to be picked up.
